Incorporated as RI-Consulting Services in 1987 and RICS Systems Pte Ltd in 1990 the company is wholly Singapore owned. Owned and managed by technopreneurs who have been engaged in IT for over 25 years. The company owns an offshore development unit RICS Systems India in Chennai. |
